Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with architects, designers, and the project management team to develop construction plans that meet both aesthetic and structural requirements. Create detailed designs and calculations for construction projects, ensuring they meet project specifications, building codes, and safety standards. This includes experience with horizontal works such as roads, drainage, and underground utilities. Manage and supervise the assembly and installation of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, timelines, and quality standards. Create and maintain technical documentation, including blueprints, material specifications, and construction schedules. Analyze and address construction challenges, providing efficient solutions to ensure seamless project progression. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that all materials and construction techniques meet quality standards. Work with procurement teams to source materials, track costs, and ensure that projects stay within budget. Incorporate sustainable building practices and innovative construction techniques into the design and construction process. Lead and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure successful project completion. Qualifications: A Licensed Civil Engineer Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in construction industry, preferably with knowledge on precast concrete high-rise building and/or rebar detailing, fabrication, and installation. Technical Skills: Proficiency in software (e.g., AutoCAD 3d) strong knowledge of building codes and standards. Attention to details: Strong ability to analyze designs and construction plans for accuracy and adherence to standards Problem-solving skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address construction challenges efficiently Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
