About the role

Grand Legacy Builders Construction and Development Corp. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Precast Engineer to join our production plant team based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Precast Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the manufacturing and quality control of our precast concrete products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement production schedules and procedures to optimise workflow and efficiency in the precast manufacturing plant
  • Oversee the production of precast concrete components, monitoring quality control and making adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of precast elements into construction projects
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues or defects in the precast products, and implement corrective measures
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, production processes, and final products
  • Provide technical guidance and training to production staff to maintain high levels of workmanship
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in precast concrete manufacturing

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a precast concrete production environment, with a strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and project management
  • Proficient in the use of design and analysis software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural engineering applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
