We are hiring a Remote Property Manager (Philippines-based, WFH) to oversee a portfolio of rental properties. This is a full-time, long-term role, working UK business hours (Mon–Fri, with occasional out-of-hours support for emergencies).

You will be responsible for day-to-day property operations — handling tenant concerns, coordinating with cleaners and contractors, and ensuring all properties are kept in top condition. This is not just an admin job: you will act as the owner of your property patch, accountable for results.

Responsibilities

  • Handle tenant enquiries, complaints, and urgent issues professionally
  • Coordinate with contractors, cleaners, and maintenance staff remotely
  • Track and resolve multiple property issues at once
  • Support compliance, inspections, and booking processes
  • Take ownership of your assigned portfolio, solving problems proactively

Requirements

  • Background in property management, hospitality, or Airbnb hosting/operations
  • Excellent English (spoken & written), confident and professional communication
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving mindset — takes ownership, not just escalation
  • Stable WFH setup with strong internet
  • Must be available to start within 1 week
  • No side jobs, freelancing, or double employment
