Job Overview

If so, you might be a great fit for our company We are the newest division of The Ben Kinney Company and we're looking for a self-starting Property Manager to advocate for our client's business through creation and execution of promotional strategies. The ideal candidate for this position has a can-do attitude, willingness to work alongside the client during business hours, a tireless work ethic, and an insatiable appetite for growth.

Job Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage collection of rent and other property fees from tenants and individual owners

· Paying property expenses, including taxes, mortgages, payroll, insurance premiums and maintenance costs

· Reporting the property's financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners

· Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property and assessing their applications in accordance with anti-discrimination laws

· Advertising vacant properties and hiring a leasing agent to find tenants as needed

· Inspecting properties and arranging for repairs and new materials as required

· Arranging contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate

· Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations.

Job Qualifications

· Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field.

· At least 1yr of experience as a Property Manager for US/CA real estate market

· At least B2-Upper Intermediate English proficiency.

· Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and Property Management Tools.

· Detail and quality orientation, motivated by achievements, and collaborative.

· Ability to manage and organize competing demands and a diverse workload.

· Ability to work independently following the client's business hours (Pacific, Central, Eastern, Mountain).

· A workstation that meets the Company's technical requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php32, Php50,000.00 per month
