You'll be at the heart of gateway operations, ensuring that every line haul and airline transfer runs smoothly, on time, and within cost. By leading daily operations, monitoring KPIs, and driving compliance with client SLAs, you'll directly impact service quality, productivity, and profitability. Your leadership will keep our logistics engine moving efficiently across Luzon and nationwide.

Your Mission

  • Operational Performance – Lead and monitor daily service delivery KPIs to ensure operational excellence and SLA compliance.
  • Efficiency & Profitability – Execute operational initiatives designed to improve cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Team Supervision – Oversee and coordinate all gateway activities, including Luzon line haul and nationwide airline transfer operations.
  • Compliance & Quality – Ensure all processes adhere to company standards, regulatory requirements, and client commitments.
  • Continuous Improvement – Identify gaps, propose solutions, and support initiatives that enhance operational performance.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You…

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • Bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in gateway, logistics, or operations.
  • Have strong leadership and supervisory skills, with proven ability to manage day-to-day operations.
  • Are detail-oriented, analytical, and focused on driving both efficiency and service quality.
  • Possess excellent communication and coordination skills to work with teams and stakeholders across the network.
