Job Overview:

Responsible for maintaining and repairing all electro-mechanical systems and equipment within the Hotel facilities. Collaborate to other department for any request in line with engineering works. Ensuring reliable operation by maintaining the equipment and physical facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on electro-mechanical systems, including wiring, lighting, motors and control panels.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues to ensure reliable operation of all restaurant equipment and facilities.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement preventive maintenance procedure.
  • Attend to tenant call request and delivering best customer service at all times.
  • Provide general maintenance and handyman services as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two (2) years experience as an Electrician or Maintenance Technician.
  • Knowledgeable in HVAC, Plumbing, Motor Controls and Wiring.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team
