  1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of floors and walls, ceilings, roofing, such as but not limited to furniture, fixtures, signage, labels including mechanical and electrical works as needed.
  2. Performs move, add and change of furniture, fixtures, cabinets, re-layout or related changes / requests.
  3. Performs regular maintenance and inventory of all movable fixtures such as but not limited to chairs, cabinets, tables, shelves, etc.
  4. Maintains inventories of spares, tools, and equipment.
  5. Performs regular rounds and inspections of the premises for any areas that require repair and/or maintenance.
  6. Reviews and make recommendations of works for preventive / corrective maintenance.
  7. Perform painting works including but not limited to external and internal facilities, signage, and furniture as applicable.

  8. Performs the company on-site events including but not limited to:

  9. Set-up and dismantling of tables and chairs, floor mats, partitions, stage, podiums and other fixtures defined for use in the designated venue for the on-site event.

  10. Set-up and operation of lights, audio and video equipment for the duration of the event up to dismantling.
  11. Perform needed clean up and housekeeping after the event.
  12. Implement corrective and preventive maintenance program (plumbing, mechanical and electrical works) on all facility equipment and systems that includes planning, scheduling and execution.
  13. Conducts diagnosis of mechanical / electrical systems and performs repairs where necessary, up to testing and commissioning.
  14. Fabricate and assemble metal structures, wooden furniture and equipment through the use of welding machine, carpentry tools, cutters, shapers and measuring tools
  15. Recommends and initiate solutions to conditions affecting normal equipment maintenance, as well as improvements and optimization.
  16. Identifies spare parts/ consumable materials for stock required for the performance of the work.
  17. Works alongside contractors on specialty equipment and on the installation/ commissioning of new facility systems.
