Job Title: Field Technician Coordinator
Job Summary:

The Field Technician Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, scheduling, and supporting field technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. This role involves coordinating work assignments, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with company standards, and serving as the communication link between field staff, management, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule, assign, and monitor field technicians' daily activities and service requests.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for field staff, providing guidance and resolving issues.
  • Track work orders, service tickets, and job completion status to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal departments to align schedules and requirements.
  • Ensure technicians have the necessary tools, equipment, and materials for fieldwork.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of technician schedules, job progress, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new field technicians.
  • Generate reports on productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance field operations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or vocational course (required); Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in field operations, technical coordination, or dispatching is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and service management/dispatching software.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
