Qualifications:

  1. At least one (1) year actual work experience in a similar or related position. Fresh graduates can be considered provided they have specialized training related to automotive technology.

  2. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point)

  3. Must possess good oral and written communication skills.

  4. Must be keen to details and has a strong organizational skill.

  5. With good interpersonal relating skills.

Special Skills:

  1. Technical knowledge: A strong understanding of automotive systems, diesel/ICE engines, refrigeration system, hydraulics, industrial/auto electrical, and civil works.

  2. Management experience: The ability to lead and manage a team of technicians, delegate responsibilities, and oversee workflow is critical.

  3. Budgeting and cost control: Must be able to create and stick to a budget, as well as identify ways to control costs and improve efficiency.

4.Communication skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with technicians, supervisors, upper management, and customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Performing assessment on the received work orders from segment operations.

  2. Direct supervision of technicians and other maintenance personnel.

  3. Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders for the schedule of maintenance and repairs.

  4. Conducting regular maintenance and inspections of all vehicles, machines and equipment's in the

company, including trucks, service vehicles, MHEs, and other specialized machineries.

  1. Performing diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify and fix any technical issues in the vehicles,

machines and equipment.

  1. Manages and controls the movement of spare parts and other shop materials that are for maintenance

related activities.

  1. In-charge for requisitioning and replenishment of spare parts, consumables, technician tools and

equipment being used for maintenance activities.

  1. Direct respondent to any technical support needed by segment operations during accidents, and other

unexpected incidents during delivery.

  1. Manages inventory of used items subject for scrap disposal.

  2. Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure the

vehicles, machines and equipment's are always in good condition.

  1. Generate technical and evaluation reports for maintenance activities and asset's condition respectively.

  2. Provide technical recommendations and proposals for the department's project.

  3. Coordination with the company service providers thru the other department to ensure needs and demands are being provided.

  4. Performs other functions that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

  5. Attends and contributes to regular team meetings (some of which will occasionally be outside of the normal

working hours).
