Job Description

Be part of our client's team as a Customer Care Representative, managing inbound inquiries, delivering accurate information, and providing timely solutions for various customer account types. You will support daily operations through clear communication, precise case handling, and adherence to service standards while helping maintain an efficient, responsive, and customer-focused support environment.

  • At least 6 months of BPO customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy and data entry accuracy
  • Ability to perform consistently in a customer-centric environment

Your Daily Tasks

  • Handle all inbound calls and deliver consistent first-level support
  • Assist customers from various account types with inquiries, complaints, and account updates
  • Provide clear information on services such as rates, conditions, locations, and online options
  • Manage case lifecycles and ensure resolution within established SLAs
  • Process approved refund requests accurately and promptly
  • Issue monetary refunds for applicable account categories
  • Record customer details and inquiry information with precision
  • Follow approved workflows, maintain compliance, and ensure proper documentation
  • Support customers across multiple communication channels while preserving a positive interaction
