Job Description
Be part of our client's team as a Customer Service Representative, managing frontline inquiries for parking access, pricing, accounts, and service concerns. You will handle intercom and system-based requests, document interactions accurately, troubleshoot issues, and uphold privacy and security standards to ensure smooth operational flow for customers and internal teams.

The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 6 months of BPO customer service experience
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced support environment
- Professional, patient, and customer-oriented
- Familiarity with intercom systems, control center support, or IT service desk tools (advantage but not required)
Your Daily Tasks
- Respond to intercom inquiries related to parking access, pricing, lockouts, vouchers, and account concerns
- Provide clear, courteous, and solution-focused support
- Document and categorize interactions with correct wrap codes
- Troubleshoot technical issues or escalate as needed
- Process manual payments securely following privacy and PCI requirements
- Report equipment concerns through the IT service desk
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational disruptions
- Follow approved scripts, SOPs, and communication templates
- Meet SLAs through timely and accurate support
- Stay updated on policy, system, and procedure changes
- Maintain a clean and well-organized control room environment
