In-House Modern Jeepney Sales:

Requirement:

  1. Strong Sense of Responsibility: Highly motivated and target-driven, takes assigned monthly tasks and quotas seriously and completes them.

  2. Willingness to Saturation: Availability to saturate, particularly to assigned areas where jeepneys are predominantly used.

  3. Local Market Knowledge: Understanding of the local market dynamics, particularly in areas where modern jeepneys are being introduced or where there is high demand for public transport solutions.

  4. Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of automotive mechanics and technology, specifically related to modern jeepneys.

Job Description:

  1. Go saturate to find new modern jeepney clients and new banks or lending companies which accept modern jeepney loan (auto loan).

  2. Introduce NZH company, modern jeepneys and package offer to clients and banks/lending companies.

  3. Must find at least 12 new clients every month and record client information into the report.

  4. Must find at least 1 new bank or new lending company which accept modern jeepney loan (auto loan) every month and record bank/lending company information into the report.

  5. Send new client and bank/lending company report to Jeepney Project Director every Saturday.

  6. Every 1~2 months, make appointments with new clients and banks/lending companies and accompany Jeepney Project Director to visit them to promote sales and cooperation.

  7. Attend video conference on the last working day of every month.

  • Commission: we offer HIGH COMMISSION for every modern jeepney sold

  • Starting Salary and Allowances: salary php 610 per working day, consumable allowances php 3000 per month.

    Sales levels and positions will be promoted based on performance, salaries and allowances will also increase accordingly.
