About the Role:

Xact Enterprise, a distributor of leading lubricant brands such as Caltex, Total, Unioil, and Jetti, is looking for a driven Sales Officer to manage and grow client accounts. The role involves maintaining existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and learning how lubricants apply across industries like construction, logistics, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Generate new clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
  • Conduct site visits to understand client needs and recommend solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or account management (industrial sales is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knows how to drive and holds a valid driver's license.
  • Willing to do fieldwork and continuously learn about the lubricant industry.
