Match Code Management

Ensure the 100% accuracy of all client's information to Netsuite and Softship

  • Receive the Customer Information Sheet (CIS) from the Sales Team.
  • Check and verify the information listed on the CIS.
  • Request match codes from Sales Specialist, claims and accounting.

Master Data Management

Ensure that the information is updated and reflected in the Qlik system.

  • Coordinate with the Sales Support Team, Sales Specialists, Document Support, and Collection of the information to be included in the softship master data.
  • Update the information and ensure accuracy of it.

Tariff Rates

Responsible for updating the tariff rates and ensure based on the information from the received.

  • Received information of the changes in the tariff rates.
  • Update the tariff rates in the softship.

Core Functions:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Match Code Management

Administrative Function

Ensure that all the contracts and other administrative documents are kept.

  • Ensuring the agreed rates are signed by the customer and all breakdowns are correct based on tariff rates per destination.
  • Assisting the National Key Account Manager / Sales Specialist (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao) in uploading the documents
  • Ensuring all legal papers are updated needed for bid and agreed rates are secure.
  • Leading and taking the minutes of meetings in Sales and Operation weekly and following up the concerns to address.

JOB QUALIFICATION & SPECIFICATION

Educational Background:

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Studies, Administration, Marketing or equivalent.

Years of Related Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years work experienced in customer service and sales operation in shipping, transportation and logistics.
  • Experience in managing a team.
