The Cost and Inventory Accounting Assistant supports the Inventory and Cost Accountant - Junior Manager in tracking daily inventory movements, monitoring pricing components, preparing gross margin analysis, and ensuring accurate financial and inventory records. The role also assist in SAP postings, reconciliations, tax compliance support, and audit preparations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track daily inventory movements and pricing components.

  • Prepare detailed analysis of Gross Margin (GM) components.

  • Update cost and Inventory transactions and Assist in reconciliations.

  • Support in reviewing and posting inventory balance in SAP.

  • Coordinate with Supply and Depot teams to validate inventory data.

  • Assist in preparing financial, tax, and audit reports.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications

  • BS Accountancy graduate

  • Minimum 3 years experience in financial analysis, costing, gross profit analysis, inventory analysis, and tax compliance (BIR,LGU,BOI)

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, IF, SUMIF, SUBTOTAL).

  • Preferably with SAP HANA or ERP system experience.

  • Strong analytical skills, detailed-oriented, and highly organized.

  • Can work independently, under pressure, and within tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
