- Prepare documents/folders (based on the approved checklist of documentary requirements), ensures the accuracy of dockets, endorses dockets for Bureau of Internal Revenue/Registry of Deeds/Assessors Office filing and liaises with representative of service provider, monitors the release of Certificate Authorizing Registration, Transfer Certificate of Title and Tax Declaration.
- Qualifies accounts for Real Property Tax (RPT), requests for payments, endorses accounts for payments and liaises with representative of service provider, encodes the RPT receipts in the system, prepares the receipts for liquidation.
- Qualifies accounts for Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT), requests for payments, endorses accounts for payments and consults with representatives of service providers, encodes the RPT receipts in the system, prepares the receipts for liquidation.
- Qualifies accounts for Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), requests for payments, endorses accounts for payments and liaises with representative of service provider, encode the RPT receipts in the system, prepares the receipts for liquidation.
- Performs other administrative/clerical tasks being assigned by Team Lead from time to time.
- Sends daily productivity report to team leader at the end of the day.
- Works closely with Registration Team Lead to ensure the Departments targets are met, learn new processes/policies, and technology/system.
- Regularly gives feedback to team leader with regards to the process, issues and concerns encountered.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course
- Has at least 1 year experience in any documentation related work. Registration work related is an advantage.
- willing to work onsite in Northgate, Alabang
- Project based for 6 months
