Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for staff across all branches (hardware, software, network, printers, etc.)
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and POS systems
  • Install and configure hardware and software components
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT-related purchases, repairs, or services
  • Assist with implementation of new technologies or system upgrades
  • Document technical procedures and provide user guides if needed
  • Ensure data integrity and assist with cybersecurity practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT support or IT officer role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, networking, and basic hardware troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant tech tools is a plus
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willing to travel to branch locations if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
