Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Assist in overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate posting of transactions.

Assist in handling collection agency-related accounting functions, such as tracking collections, commissions, remittances, and reconciliations.

Assist in proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Assist in payroll processing, benefits, and employee records.

Maintain and update accounting data and generate reports for management as needed.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and schedules.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis

Collaborate with management to streamline accounting procedures and improve financial processes.

File and pay taxes

Assist in other adhoc task.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.

At least 3–5 years of experience as a General Accountant or equivalent role.

Experience in a collection agency or similar financial services environment is an advantage

Proficiency in Sprout HRIS and QuickBooks Online/Desktop is an advantage

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
