JOB SUMMARY

The Fullstack Developer works under the direct supervision of the Project Manager. They are responsible for developing applications based on system requirements, implementing software design, testing software components and modules, and providing ongoing system maintenance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research, design, develop, and test new applications based on system requirements.
  • Evaluate and identify new technologies for potential implementation.
  • Maintain the system by monitoring, identifying, and correcting software defects.
  • Collaborate with users or internal stakeholders on the execution of projects.
  • Provide support to the System Integration Manager, Project Manager, System Analyst, UI/UX Designer, and Graphic Designer during software development.
  • Professionally maintain all software and implement regular updates to address customer and company needs.
  • Troubleshoot coding issues promptly and effectively to support productivity.
  • Participate in project activities according to assigned project roles.
  • Proactively seek ways to enhance software processes and user interactions.
  • Stay current with technical knowledge and skills through external training, self-study, and hands-on testing of new applications.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time in line with business needs.

JOB COMPETENCIES / SPECIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in software platforms supporting multiple organizational units.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing software applications.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in web application development and programming languages such as HTML5/6, CSS3, PHP, and JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.).
  • Experience in responsive web development.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as ReactJS, jQuery, and Laravel.
  • Knowledge of ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) tools.
  • Experience with version control and code management tools like Git or TFS is an advantage.
  • Exposure to Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
  • Ability to analyze code for issues and propose effective improvements.
  • Experience working with databases such as MySQL, MSSQL, or Oracle is a plus.
  • Proficient in writing and understanding complex SQL queries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php90,000.00 per month
