KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the AML and DPA Compliance Program, policies, and procedures.
  • Support compliance oversight activities to ensure the company adheres to AMLC and NPC rules, issuances, circulars, and guidelines.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating compliance policies and procedures.
  • Perform compliance monitoring and reporting activities in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Support risk assessment activities and assist in identifying control gaps.
  • Assist in the preparation and conduct of AML and Data Privacy training and awareness programs.
  • Maintain accurate compliance files and records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders for compliance-related concerns.
  • Assist in internal compliance testing and audit-related activities.
  • Prepare compliance reports and documentation for submission to management and regulatory bodies, as needed.
  • Support the enforcement of compliance-related disciplinary measures in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure adherence to established compliance communication guidelines, protocols, and company policies.
  • Perform other compliance-related tasks as may be assigned by the Compliance Officer

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Legal Management, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in compliance, audit, risk management, legal, finance, or other related roles (fresh graduates with strong academic or internship background may also be considered)
  • Knowledge or familiarity with AMLA and DPA regulations is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Highly trustworthy, proactive, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to undergo continuing education and training relevant to the compliance function.
