About the role

As a Call Center / Chat Support agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This full-time role and involves handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and online chat platforms.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer queries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  2. Providing product information, order status updates, and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective way
  3. Handling customer inquiries received via online chat channels and escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and updating customer information in our database
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and policies
  6. Adhering to all relevant compliance and quality assurance standards

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced customer service or call centre environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
  5. Good time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  6. Fluency in both English and Filipino
