As an Electrician at Apoleon Solar Power Iloilo, you'll play a key role in both our installation and after-sales operations. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and installing solar energy systems for residential and commercial clients. You'll also help assemble and wire prebuilt hybrid and grid-tied systems in our workshop to make installations faster and more efficient on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot solar system issues, including inverter faults, wiring errors, and performance problems.
  • Install and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems—both hybrid and grid-tied.
  • Assist in the assembly and wiring of prebuilt solar systems (including inverters, breakers, and control panels).
  • Mount solar panels on rooftops and ensure secure, leak-free installations.
  • Install inverters, breakers, wiring, and other electrical components according to Apoleon Solar standards.
  • Verify that all electrical work complies with local codes and safety requirements.
  • Conduct system testing and inspections to ensure proper performance.
  • Assist with net metering applications or related documentation when instructed.
  • Procure or deliver materials and equipment needed for installation when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently and with high quality.
  • Take responsibility for work performed, be open to feedback, and continuously improve.
  • Maintain honesty and integrity—no shortcuts or misleading clients.
  • Approach troubleshooting with a positive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Provide professional after-sales support and address client concerns promptly and respectfully.
