Business Specialist (Philippines – Cebu)

Work Location: Cebu, Philippines

Position Overview

This role serves as the on-site liaison in the Philippines, acting as the communication bridge between the company and local clients/business partners in Cebu. The role includes handling business correspondence, coordination, and basic corporate reception tasks, as well as supporting assigned business operations.

Requirements

Proficient in English and Filipino (both written and spoken); Chinese proficiency is a plus

Capable of handling business communication and client reception professionally

Strong skills in documentation and presentation preparation

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination abilities; able to work independently and as part of a team

Willing to attend a 3-month professional training in Taiwan before returning to Cebu for full-time employment

Relevant work experience is preferred

Willing to travel or relocate when required; high sense of responsibility and professional ethics

Responsibilities

Act as the communication contact between the company and local clients/partners in Cebu

Assist with daily business coordination and corporate reception

Support in handling company directives and document translation

Prepare and deliver presentation materials

Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors

Salary Range

Up to PHP 100,000 (competitive, negotiable based on experience)
