Role

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team As an SDR you'll be responsible for turning inbound enquiries into booked photoshoots. You'll be the first voice new clients hear from Little Pixies.

You'll work solely with inbound leads, there's no cold calling, each lead is already interested.

Responsibilities

• Call warm leads promptly during UK booking hours
• Build and nourish rapport with interested parents
• Sell the Little Pixies experience, answer questions, and handle objections
• Secure bookings into the studio calendar and take booking deposits
• Follow up with your prospects across phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email until outcome
• Keep CRM clean. Every call, note, and task updated same day
• Manage a personal pipeline. Prioritise by recency & intent
• Qualify prospects
• Hit daily activity targets and weekly booking goals
• Attend one coaching session per week and implement feedback next day
• Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, offers, and show-rates

Results

• Speed to lead target is hit and tracked
• Daily call target achieved and tracked in CRM
• Qualified bookings per week target achieved
• Deposit rate for bookings at or above targets
• Good over the phone
• Desire to learn sales
• Show rate at or above targets
• Well organised with end of day stats sent to SDR Manager and CRM fully updated
• Sales files prepared accurately and on time for all scheduled sales calls

Requirements

• Exceptional spoken English over the phone (this is a requirement)
• A kind, confident phone presence
• Excellent at building rapport and empathising with mothers
• Open to learning new processes in sales
• Strong written communication for SMS, WhatsApp, and email follow ups
• Routine driven, organised, and able to self-manage workload
• Open to growing rapidly
• Tech-native (You can learn new tech quickly)
• Stable internet, reliable computer, quiet workspace
• 6mo+ experience in an SDR role.

Location

Remote. Must be able to work UK hours. Contractor role.

Days and Hours

Availability 09:00–19:00 UK (16:00–02:00 PH) Tuesday–Sunday.

Compensation

₱30k Base + uncapped commission (OTE ₱100k/ month+)
