Monthly Salary: Php 16,000

Average Monthly Income while assigned to site (OT included): Php 30,000-40,000

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise laborers within project site
  • Check the project schedule and ensure that all deadlines are met
  • Determine labor requirements of the project
  • Prepare and submit estimated budget, progress, and cost tracking reports
  • Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out
  • Report discrepancies or design issues in the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection plans to the Project Manager
  • Evaluate construction methods and determine cost effectiveness of plans
  • Initiate ordering of depleted materials
  • Maintain the quality procedures of the project
  • Perform other tasks given by Company President

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • Must be willing to render OT when assigned to project site.
  • No prior experience needed.
  • Having a present address within Meycauayan is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16, Php40,000.00 per month
