Job Summary

The TM-Pharmacovigilance role is crucial in ensuring the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical products. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience focusing on enhancing drug safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage pharmacovigilance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Analyze safety data using MS Excel to identify trends and potential safety signals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely case processing.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency of pharmacovigilance operations.
  • Provide expertise in PV Case Processing to support the team in handling complex cases.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of safety data in the database.
  • Conduct regular audits of pharmacovigilance processes to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills in pharmacovigilance.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency in pharmacovigilance practices.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and implement necessary changes in processes.
  • Support the development of risk management plans and safety communication strategies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacovigilance systems and tools.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Have a solid understanding of PV Case Processing and related regulatory guidelines.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show proficiency in managing complex pharmacovigilance projects.
  • Display attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Certifications Required

Certified Pharmacovigilance Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification.
