Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacovigilance Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and preferably experience in PV Case Processing. This role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to ensuring drug safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate adverse event reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize MS Excel to manage and analyze pharmacovigilance data effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing of PV cases.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all pharmacovigilance activities.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of drug safety data to identify potential risks.
  • Support the development and implementation of risk management plans.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve drug safety.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines.
  • Participate in audits and inspections to demonstrate compliance with pharmacovigilance standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address any safety concerns.
  • Assist in the preparation of periodic safety update reports.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacovigilance processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in pharmacovigilance regulations.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Have experience in PV Case Processing which is considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a rotational shift environment.
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new regulations.

Certifications Required

Certification in Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety Management is preferred.
