About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Quality & Audit Associate – Patient Safety. In this role, you'll support our clients from the life sciences industry by ensuring quality standards are met across pharmacovigilance, medical information, and compliance activities. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain audit readiness and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance, audits, or compliance in life sciences or healthcare.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, QMS, and audit processes.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in Microsoft-based environments (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Willingness to work AU time zone hours 9 AM–6 PM AEST, 11 AM – 8 PM Manila time, 12NN-9 PM Manila time during AEDT.
  • Degree in science, pharmacy, health economics, public health, or similar (postgraduate preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Support quality activities across pharmacovigilance, medical information, and cross-functional Business Units compliance.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation (SOPs, logs, trackers).
  • Ensure training compliance and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate and participate in internal, external, and client-specific audits (e.g., CVP, ISO).
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve findings and improve processes.
  • Track and report quality metrics using Microsoft tools (manual trackers, Excel, SharePoint).
