Your Day-to-Day

  • Support Australian internet and home phone customers by troubleshooting technical issues related to home internet setup, Wi-Fi, and speed
  • Resolve technical support queries via telephone
  • Diagnose and escalate faults when necessary
  • Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction

What We're Looking For

  • 6–12 months of Telecommunications BPO/Call Center experience is preferred
  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma or Vocational Diploma/Host Certificate; graduates of any 2- or 4-year course are favorable
  • Completion of 2 years' worth of units/subjects in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline is an advantage
  • Experience supporting telecommunications, mobile, or computer network accounts involving copper, cable, or fiber internet technologies is an advantage
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Friendly, positive manner and ability to establish rapport with customers
  • Above-average English communication skills; proficiency in both verbal and written English is a must
  • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills

Work Setup

Location: 2F, Ortigas Technopoint, Julia Vargas Ave, Ugong, Pasig City (Work Onsite)
