Project In-Charge

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project In-Charge to oversee and manage day-to-day project operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while also coordinating between teams, clients, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from initiation to completion.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections or project reviews to assess performance and progress.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organizational policies.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Provide leadership and support to project staff and ensure effective teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in a supervisory or project management role.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
