We are actively looking for experienced Medical Coding Leaders to join our growing healthcare operations team. This role is ideal for certified medical coding professionals with strong leadership experience, proven people management background, and solid exposure to BPO healthcare processes.

Licenses & Certifications

  • PHRN or USRN License (non-negotiable)
  • Medical Coding Certification (non-negotiable) — any of the following is preferred:

    • Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS)

    • Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP)

    • Certified Professional Coder (CPC)

    • Inpatient Coding Credential (CCS or CIC)
Experience Requirements

Candidates must meet oneof the following experience paths:

  • Minimum 2 years as a Medical Coding Manager or Operations Manager handling medical coders;
  • Minimum 2 years as Team Leader/Supervisor managing USRNs/PHRNs, preferably with medical coding exposure;
  • Minimum 5 years training experience and/or minimum 3 years claims experience in BPO healthcare;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of QA experience in healthcare; or
  • At least 2 years Operations Expert experience (if holding both a medical coding certification and RN license)
