We're Hiring: Outpatient ED Coder - Team Lead (PRN + OP)

Lead a team of skilled coders and ensure coding accuracy, quality, and compliance in the Outpatient Emergency Department setting. Join our dynamic and supportive healthcare team today

Position: Outpatient ED Coder - Team Lead

Setup: 100% Work From Home (TWFH)

Type: Non-Voice | PRN + OP

Salary Range: PHP 85,000 – 100,000 (depending on OP Team Lead experience and tenure)

Start Date: ASAP


Qualifications:
  • Must hold a CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or COC (Certified Outpatient Coder) certification
  • Minimum of 1 year Outpatient ED Coding experience or relevant expertise
  • Team Lead experience is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, quality management, and communication skills
  • Flexible to work on shifting schedules as business requires (including weekends, night shift, and holidays)
