About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team at LRI Chroma Asia. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. This is a full-time position based in General Trias City, Cavite.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively managing a portfolio of existing client accounts, maintaining and growing these relationships
  2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing sales
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  4. Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback
  5. Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
  6. Continuously expanding your product knowledge and staying updated on industry trends

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the account and relationship management and packaging industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully developing and maintaining client relationships
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility
  4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  5. Familiarity with sales methodologies and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  6. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  7. With valid driver's license (required)
