JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS

The BranchAssociate - Liaison Assessment (Loan Specialist) - Main Office is responsible for process pension loan applications, maintain Credit and Loans files and other clerical work assigned.

  • Location: 211 Bonny Serrano Rd., cor., 14th Ave, Cubao, Quezon City
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire & Permanent

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Assessment and Verifier:

  • Evaluation of loan details on the in-house system
  • Communicate with loan details to Liaison (verification, certifying, untagging, and other account)
  • Monitoring and updating certifications

Liaison:

  • Negotiates with other organization through assessment and verification of loan transactions
  • Validation and coordination of certificate of full payment and official receipt from different organization.

Other Tasks:

  • Update of client loan validation
  • Coordination with other organization on their related transactions
  • Performed other related tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Other Skills / Competencies Required:

  • Organized and very keen on details.
  • Average communication skills both written and oral.
  • Ability to collect and analyze information, solve problems and make decisions.
  • Proficient in using official company applications like google workforce.
  • Ability to work independently on given tasks and assignments;

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree on any business related course.
  • Minimum of six (6) month or more working experience in the related field.
  • Willing to do field work if necessary.
  • Willing to be assigned at our HEAD OFFICE (211 Bonny Serrano Rd. cor., 14th Avenue, Murphy, Cubao, Quezon City).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
