JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receiving of units for services.

  • Receiving of Spare Parts, Accessories and Apparels delivery.

  • Preparing and sending Receiving Report (RR).

  • Upselling of Spare Parts and Services.

  • Prepare and explain Pre-Delivery Checklist.

  • Prepare and explain Pre-Service Checklist.

  • Prepare and explain After Service Checklist.

  • Sending of actual weekly and monthly inventory.

  • Sales encoding in HUB.

  • Preparing and sending of stock request.

  • Email sending of stock for transfer.

  • Daily encoding of sales report.

  • Daily encoding of parts replenishment.

  • Assess vehicles to accurately diagnose and repair issues.

  • Liaise with clients to determine their automotive requirement and communicate vehicle defects or problems.

  • Provide routine inspections of vehicles and inform clients of any issue.

  • Prepare quotes and repair estimate as requested.

  • Keep an accurate log of all work performed using Job Order Form.

  • Maintain cleanliness of service bay area, machinery and tools.

  • Adhere to company work safety policies.

  • Greeting customers

  • Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to extensive repairs.

  • Using your knowledge of our product and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.

  • Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments.

  • Managing and overseeing the service bay workflow and schedule of services.

  • Providing customers with information and advice on warranty.

  • Calling customers to advise them about services.

  • Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

  • Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments.

  • Liaising with service technicians about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.

  • Receiving of units for services.

  • Receiving of Spare parts , Accessories and Apparels delivery.

  • Prepare and send Receiving Report ( RR ).

  • Prepare and Explain Customer Handover Checklist.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php610.00 per day
