  3. Perform initial assessment and troubleshooting of equipment issues.
  4. Provide on-site technical support and guide clients on proper product use and care.
  5. Complete service and maintenance reports accurately and promptly.
  6. Coordinate with the logistics and parts department for service scheduling and spare parts availability.
  7. Assist the Product Specialists during product demonstrations, workshops, and conventions.
  8. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  9. Collect payments and maintain proper documentation after service completion.
