Duties and Responsibilities Prospect and Qualify Leads – Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and targeted lead generation strategies. Negotiate and Close Sales – Drive the sales process with strong negotiation skills, effectively closing deals to meet or exceed targets. Cultivate Client Relationships – Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, referrals, and sustained growth. Achieve Sales Targets – Consistently meet or surpass assigned sales goals and performance metrics. Demonstrate Product Expertise – Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients, ensuring effective presentations and informed purchasing decisions. Develop Sales Strategies – Create and implement tailored sales strategies to maximize opportunities and drive revenue growth. Qualifications Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management skills. At least 2 years of experience in the aesthetic or related industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong presentation and demonstration abilities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, or a related field.
