  • Support Accountant working under a full-time US account manager serving multiple clients.
  • Required to work US hours for a minimum of 6 weeks or until the team is satisfied that quality and performance are nominal for a period of 4 weeks.
  • We will require flexing hours to US hours anytime the team feels that quality or performance falls below expectations.
  • Xero Experience – 2+ years (especially with experience using these features):
  • Hubdoc AP/Data Entry, AP Payment Posting and Bank/Credit Card Reconciliation
  • General Accounting Knowledge (BS, PL) [Asset, Liability, Revenue, Expense, Equity
  • AP Processing Experience/knowledge.
  • Bank Reconciliation Experience/knowledge.
  • Payroll Accounting Experience/knowledge (Payroll Taxes, Checks vs. Direct Deposits, Benefits).
  • Sales Accounting Experience/knowledge (Taxes, Discounts, Paid-Outs, etc).
  • AR Reconciliation Experience/knowledge.
