1.0 DUTIES:
1.1 Regular Duties
1.1.1 Handles and prepares payment for the local and foreign Advertisements.
1.1.2 Release checks for suppliers.
1.1.3 Assists the Accounts Payable Clerk in preparing and typing of cash vouchers and checks for payment.
1.1.4 Perforates all paid vouchers and invoices.
1.1.5 Types and helps in the preparation of Budget.
1.2 Occasional Duties
1.2.1 Types monthly room statistics report which is attached to monthly financial statement.
1.2.2 Types percentage occupancy and room rates on monthly financial statement.
1.2.3 Prepares listings of withholding tax of expatriates for monthly remittance to BIR.
1.3 Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior. (Does not apply to top management)
2.0 QUALIFICATIONS:
2.1 Education
2.1.1 At least College graduate with background in Accountancy. C.P.A an advantage.
2.2 Work Experience/s:
2.2.1 Minimum of 1 to 2 years working experience.
2.3 Special Qualities/ Skills Required:
2.3.1 Excellent touch typing skills
2.3.2 Good oral and communication skills.
2.3.3 Good interpersonal skills.
