  2. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering

  3. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering

  4. Licenses and Accreditations

  5. Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Licensed Electrical Engineer

  6. Accredited in Pollution Control (if applicable)

  7. Professional Experience

  8. Minimum of 3- 5 years relevant experience in property/building maintenance operations

  9. Core Competencies

  10. Technical Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Codes
    • Understanding of engineering and government regulations
    • Knowledge of construction processes and facility maintenance
    • Experience with LGU permitting processes and government compliance

    • Leadership, written and verbal communication, MS Office proficiency

    • Organizational ability, customer service orientation, analytical thinking
    • Problem-solving, project management, electrical and mechanical auditing
