HR Assistant:

Responsible for supporting both human resources and general office operations, this role involves handling recruitment support, employee onboarding, records management, and benefits assistance, while also managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and office supply coordination to ensure smooth organizational functioning.

As HR Assistant:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and conducting orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies and culture.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
  • Coordinate and assist in the organization of training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, and assist in preparing reports related to HR activities.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Manage and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls for staff.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and documents.
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
  • With at least 1 to 2 years of related work experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and connect with people at all levels of the organization
  • Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR tools is a plus.
