IT Deployment Project Lead – 24x7 Operations

We are seeking a skilled IT Deployment Project Lead with a strong foundation in systems integration, project execution, and stakeholder communication. This role is pivotal in managing deployment strategies and ensuring seamless execution across a 24x7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deployment Strategy & Execution
  • Design and implement deployment plans aligned with business goals
  • Manage schedules, resources, and timelines for successful rollouts
  • Project & Risk Management
  • Lead deployment-related initiatives and ensure SDLC and Agile alignment
  • Identify risks, conduct post-deployment reviews, and drive continuous improvement
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders during deployments
  • Provide timely updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Technical Oversight
  • Ensure deployment processes follow change management and best practices
  • Monitor post-deployment system performance and resolve issues proactively

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT deployment, project management, or systems integration
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift-based operational model
  • Proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Jira
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting workloads and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technical documentation (Flowcharts, DFDs, Component Diagrams)
  • Working knowledge of Unix and PostgreSQL

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in translating technical concepts
  • Analytical and proactive problem-solving mindset
