About the Revenue Growth Consultant role...
We're looking for someone who knows how to sell value, not just features. As a Revenue Growth Consultant, you'll work with existing SiteMinder customers engaging them in meaningful conversations to uncover how they can get more out of their current setup. You'll help them see new opportunities, identify untapped potential, and guide them toward smarter, more profitable decisions.
This role is about connection and insight. You'll talk to hoteliers who already use SiteMinder, understand their challenges, and match them with the right solutions to help their business grow.
If you're quick at spotting buying signals, asking the right questions, and turning great conversations into action then this is your kind of role.
What You'll Be Doing:
Reaching out to existing customers to explore how SiteMinder can continue adding value to their business.
Engaging in consultative, insight-driven conversations identifying needs and recommending the best next step.
Managing your sales pipeline efficiently from opportunity to activation.
Staying curious and informed about market trends, customer behavior, and product developments.
Consistently meeting revenue goals through smart, value-led selling.
What You'll Bring:
Experience in B2B or SaaS consultative sales, ideally within hospitality, travel tech, or similar industries.
Natural ability to build rapport quickly and recognize buying opportunities in conversation.
Excellent communication skills, confident, authentic, and persuasive.
Curiosity to understand how hotels operate and what drives their commercial decisions.
A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong motivation to achieve results and grow your career.
