ROLE OVERVIEWWe're looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a mission-critical Enterprise Lakehouse Platform. This platform will unify the flexibility of data lakes with the structured power of data warehouses—serving as the foundation for scalable analytics, AI/ML, and enterprise reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership, technical awareness in cloud and big data environments, and the ability to align cross-functional teams toward a common vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the enterprise lakehouse platform

Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, architects, and business stakeholders to define clear project goals and deliverables

Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation with precision

Ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve risks or roadblocks through effective mitigation strategies

Communicate progress and challenges to internal stakeholders and senior leadership

Enforce data governance and security standards in all phases of project execution

Promote a collaborative, high-performance team environment

Continuously optimize project management processes to support scaling and agilityQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in data platform, analytics, or enterprise IT projects

Strong understanding of data lake, warehouse, and lakehouse architectures

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks, Delta Lake, etc.)Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
