Job Title: Enterprise IT Project Manager

Overview:

The Enterprise IT Project Manager is a key role in the organization responsible for managing and overseeing IT projects to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members to identify project goals, objectives, and deliverables. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Governance:
  • Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop project charters, scope statements, and business cases.
  • Establish and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and variances as they arise.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with project management best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery and outcomes.
  • Initiative Monitoring:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track project progress, status, and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, issues, and risks.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery and outcomes.
  • Risk and Compliance:
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Ensure that all project activities comply with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Technology Business Management:
  • Develop and maintain technology business management (TBM) frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify TBM requirements and develop business cases and investment proposals.
  • Establish and maintain TBM schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
