The QA/QC Specialist is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet consistent standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves inspecting materials, components, and end products, identifying defects or deviations from specifications, and collaborating with production and other teams to improve quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Conduct tests and inspections using various tools and equipment.
  • Document and report inspection results, including deviations and non-conformities.
  • Identify areas for quality improvement and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and testing equipment.
  • Assist in developing quality control policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP).
  • Prepare and maintain quality reports, logs, and documentation.
  • Participate in internal audits and assist in external quality assessments.
  • Train staff on quality control processes and promote a culture of quality across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection tools, quality control standards, and methodologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17,000.00 per month
