About the role Elufa Multi-link Inc. is seeking a driven and experienced QA/QC Supervisor to join our team in Imus City, Cavite. This full‑time position will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our manufacturing processes and products. As the QA/QC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and control activities, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. What you'll be doing Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems to monitor and control all stages of the manufacturing process. Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner. Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions to continually improve processes. Train and mentor production staff on quality control procedures and best practices. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address quality concerns and ensure alignment with business objectives. Maintain accurate records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with industry regulations and standards. Participate in the development and implementation of quality‑related policies, procedures, and initiatives. What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control supervisory role within the manufacturing industry. Strong working knowledge of quality management systems, statistical process control, and lean manufacturing principles. Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills. Proficient in the use of quality control tools and techniques, with experience in audits such as ISO, HACCP, GMP, HALAL, Food Safety, etc. Ability to interpret and apply relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve quality objectives. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
