Influencer Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Influencer Strategy & Execution
(1) Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns for the Philippines market, aligned with brand objectives and global marketing plans.
(2) Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer collaborations (mainly barter-based and cost-effective partnerships).
- Cross-Team & Cross-Country Collaboration
(1) Act as the key bridge between the Philippines team and global marketing teams (China, U.S., and other regions).
(2) Communicate campaign goals, creative briefs, and deliverables clearly and efficiently across teams.
(3) Coordinate timelines and ensure smooth collaboration between influencer specialists, content, logistics, and analytics teams.

(1) Build and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers, agencies, and content creators.
(2) Evaluate influencer performance, audience relevance, and content alignment with brand tone and values.
(3) Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
(4) Ensure high-quality content output and brand compliance in all influencer deliverables.
(5) Stay updated on local and regional influencer trends, social media platforms, and audience behavior.
(6) Share insights and creative ideas to improve overall influencer strategy and engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
(1) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
(2)5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media campaign management.
(3)Proven ability to manage influencer partnerships across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
(4)Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills — able to work effectively with global teams across time zones.
(5)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
(6)Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
(7)Experience in lifestyle, home, or e-commerce brand industries is preferred.
(8)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
(9) A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for digital and influencer marketing.
