Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for clients based on project specifications and requirements.

    -Assist in preparing and reviewing cost estimates, budgets, and tenders.

    -Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure they are within budget.

    -Perform cost analysis and prepare reports for management.

    -Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.

    -Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to the projects.

    -Serve as a point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing updates on project status and financial matters.

    -Address client concerns promptly and professionally

    -Assist with design-related tasks, including reviewing design drawings and ensuring compliance with project specifications and budget.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in quantity surveying, administration, or a related field.

-Strong understanding of cost estimation, procurement processes, and financial record keeping.

-Ability to read and interpret design drawings, floor plans, and project specifications.

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.

-Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar.
