Position Summary

The Business Development Specialist supports the organization's growing operations by driving lead generation, managing prospect outreach, and assisting with client engagement activities. This role is suited for fresh graduates or early-career professionals seeking to build a long-term career in sales, client relations, and cybersecurity solutions. The position offers hands-on training from the PH leadership team, and opportunities for both inside sales and face-to-face client interactions.

Job Details

Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Work starts at 10:00 AM, with flexibility based on client meetings
Travel: May be required for onsite client meetings with the PH leadership team
Holidays: Will follow Philippine holidays

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Conduct outbound cold calls, follow-ups, and email outreach to potential clients.

• Generate new leads through LinkedIn, internal tools, online research, and personal prospecting strategies.

• Manage and nurture lead pipelines using company-provided databases and self-generated lists.

Sales Support & Client Engagement

• Set meetings and appointments for the PH leadership team with prospective clients.

• Accompany the team to onsite client meetings as needed.

• Assist in presenting services and value proposition to potential clients.


• Support ongoing sales campaigns and initiatives.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

• Document all outreach activities and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.

• Contribute to weekly progress reports and updates.

• Coordinate scheduling and communications between clients and internal teams.

Qualifications


• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.

• A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.

• Comfortable working in both office-based and field-based environments.

• Proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to long-term career development.

Nice to Have

• Experience in cold calling or sales outreach is an advantage but not required.

• Background in BPO with interest in transitioning to a day-shift role.

• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in face-to-face client interactions.
